These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1OF1 Indicator website, community, indicator, and membership (the "Services"). By purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purpose only — no financial advice

1OF1 Indicator is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in the membership, in community discussions, or in calls constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all capital. No profits, performance, or outcomes are guaranteed. Any examples, testimonials, or results shown are illustrative only, may not be typical, and should not be relied upon as a promise of future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Billing

• Memberships bill monthly in advance through our checkout provider, Whop, under their payment terms.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable.

4. Membership access and conduct

• Access to the indicator, Discord community, and sessions is for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• We may suspend or remove access for abuse, harassment, sharing of paid materials, or violation of these Terms or Discord's own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The 1OF1 Indicator indicator, playbooks, session recordings, branding, and site content are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them as part of your membership. No rights are transferred to you.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms (TradingView, Discord, Whop, and others). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1OF1 Indicator and its owner shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
